Elizabeth is the NUM of Bloomfield's Manara Clinic and as such assumes management responsibilities associated with the provision of appropriate, efficient and safe standards of patient care. Elizabeth as a leader for Manara facilitates the cultivation of a collaborative relationship and teamwork not only between members of the multidisciplinary team but also between consumers of the service, carers and staff.
Elizabeth has been the Nurse Unit Manager of Manara for approximately the last twelve years and has extensive nursing experience in the year’s before this (so much so that I’m sure she would not be pleased for me to point out that she is soon to enter her third decade of nursing).
