The differences between the two are that Jane is more of an open-minded person who is trusting of everyone. Elizabeth on the other hand, is not. She does not trust people easily and tends to close herself off from people. Jane is a very positive and see's the world as a kind place. Elizabeth tends to be negative and think of the worst out of a situation and she knows that the world can be a very cruel place. The similarities of the the two girls are that they are both interested in getting married and doing well for their family of five sisters. They both turn to each other for advise and want to maintain a good name for their family. They both also do not have to prove themselves to anyone and they are both confident women. The sister that I think is the stronger individual with regard to handling the pressure of personal relationships is Jane because she is trusting and understanding, unlike Elizabeth who tends to question things. Elizabeth would be more successful in the modern world because she is not naive and knows that people do not always have the best intentions and she looks at life in a more serious way.

Jane and Elizabeth Bennet are two out of five of the Bennet sisters. Jane see's the world with such light and beauty, Elizabeth does not. Elizabeth is a more taken back and knows people are not always kind. The girls have many similar characteristics with one another but also have many differences. These girls have completely different outlooks and perspectives on life and ini people. Jane is the stronger sister in regard to handling the pressures of personal relationships but because Elizabeth is the tougher one out of the two, she would be more successful in the modern
