Eliminate Sugary Diets-Helpful Or Harmful?

Now how can we eliminate sugar once and for all from our diets and save ourselves before it is too late? It is simple. Eliminate sugary beverages such as soda and sports drinks. You do not have to quit cold turkey as explained prior that the addiction these sodas give you is a real struggle, but as long as you are reducing the amount you are drinking by at least one can you will be sure to lose about 1.1-1.4 pounds each month. The next thing you can do in the process to eating healthy is getting rid of all the junk food in your diet, such as candy bars and chips. Instead resort to your favorite nut such as cashews or almonds. The next step includes reducing the amount of carbs you intake. Carbs are mostly presented in grained food, so eliminating bread from your …show more content…
The fact that sugar is made in cheaper ways that act as a sweetener in almost every edible product out on the line and is equivalent or at times can be even more dangerous than a drug sol on the street, these new ways to make the sweeteners should be taken directly off and be banned for use. There are much safer sugars that we can use as an alternative such as glucose and lactose, but of course as always we still need to make sure we aren't overs consuming as doing so for anything in life is bad for you. It should be a major concern, which pertains to social justice that government subsidies that are actually helping to make the fructose sugar at the lowest possible cost for food companies should actually go in the other direction. Instead of finding alternatives to sugar by producing it in a cheaper more efficient way to fix up as much food as possible and create a crave in the consumers, it's time to switch gears and as Donald Trump would say, “Make America Great Again,” in terms of lowering sugar intake to start eliminating the obesity rate in our
