The book night is about a 15 year old boy who lived during world war 2 and had to live in a camp where they were forced to work for little to nothing, were feed very little if anything. His relationship with God hugely, and his way of life. “ Elie and his fathers Relationship changes a lot throughout the story. At the start of the story, Elie and his father (Shlomo Wiesel) had a bad relationship. Shlomo Wiesel “rarely displayed his feeling, not even with his family” (Wiesel 4). As the book goes on the relationship get better and they communicate much better. Towards the end of the book Elie would let his father have his food and he'd take care of him. "After my father's death, nothing could touch me any more." (107).
