To begin my speech today, let’s me tell you a story: The story begin with a sparrow and an elephant are under attacked by a very aggressive snake, can you imagine what is their reaction in that situation? Which one will be the winner? Firstly, we take a look at the elephant. Elephant is a very giant animal and has a very thick skin which make the poisonous fangs of the snake become useless. So the attack of the snake doesn’t matter. In that situation, the elephant only need to pick up his feet and step on top of the snake and kill it immediately. The elephant doesn’t take much times to get over this dangerous trouble.

Who is going to be the winner?) After the snake was attacked more than million times by the aggressive sparrow, the monster limped on the grass, it was finally destroyed by one creature that its physical terms are less than its thousand times.
( You see) In the same battle, with the same enemy,the same result but different and opposite fighters, one is a very large and one is very small. The sparrow has to spent more effort than the elephant. However, the sparrow can not compare with the elephant, it can only rely upon his way to win. And it is a sparrow, not an elephant. If the sparrow want to deal fllow the way of the elephant, the result can only be that it will become a meal for the snake
This story remind young generation about one important thing that they may forget : In society, we shouldn’t allow ourselves to fall in the pit of the comparison. And then it makes you do wrong things on emotions, that is when you cannot get the purpose so you have the thinking that you can’t have so no one can, hurt friends, colleagues and even relatives
If the young person fall to the hole of comparison, you will not be able to find suitable places for development and yours success? The result is what you need to do, you should not do, instead of do thing what you don’t need, it’s easy to defeat.
As young people can admire other people but not compare with other people blindly. We are born on this earth, of course we will have own place , we know who you are , what must you need to do, where do you want to come. Answer these questions, we have been able to set foot on the land of success. As Michelangelo said “ Every block stone has a statue inside it and it is the task of the sculptor to dicover it
