The main character Eli has a strong belief in God the worldview of Pantheism. He befriended a young lady named Solara, who while on his journey learned . Carnegie a letter for this new world after the war is trying to take the book to use for his own gain.
One example of a scene from the movie a conversation with Carnegie and Claudia were talking about the people and he said.” Faith is for the weak. It's for them out there, the sheep. This world is what you can see and touch and taste. It's what you make it.” This relates to the Christian worldview- faith is the assurance of things hope for (Lamca, 2014)
The second of a scene from the movie is the conversation with Eli and Solara The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures: he leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for thou art with me. Becoming a follower of Christ is not something that is earned, but an invitation that is accepted (Pasley, 2014)
