My current principal has mastered a transition for my current school that I did not think was possible. He entered our school building with a surplus of knowledge that took everyone by surprise. Dr. Grant Bell has spent many years of his education researching behavior and how people function throughout their lives. I truly look up to his ability to take a step back in a situation and see the bigger picture. When there is a conflict among teachers, he does a great job at keeping the person’s strengths at the forefront of his mind.
