The first article I read was “Recognizing and Understanding Stereotypes and Bias,” and based on this article, to be a critical thinker one must have the ability to do the following.
1. Classify, construct and evaluate different arguments.
2. Distinguish discrepancies and errors in reasoning.
3. Resolve issues thoroughly.
4. Recognize logical connections between ideas.
5. Make determinations based on the facts presented.
