National Association of Elementary School Principals The National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP), was founded in 1921 as a professional organization serving elementary and middle school principals in the United States and Canada. The association’s central office is located in Alexandria, Virginia but operates through a network of affiliated associations in every state and Canada.
