The chapter that I struggled with a little is chapter 3 Electronic Health Information systems. I had a hard time explain the synergy between administrative and CISs and identify three administrative systems and three clinical systems.
I think all the chapters help me grasp the concept of health information management and data governance Health Information Management and Data Governance challenges how healthcare organizations can manage their data in this period of dramatic data explosion and growing deployment of information technologies.
