There is a serious impact from e-commerce today that is boosting businesses with incredible new ways to buy and sell, improve productivity and consumer service, and opportunities for new businesses.

Defining E-Commerce
Electronic Commerce commonly known as E-commerce or eCommerce, is a type of industry where the buying and selling of products or services is conducted over an electronic system such as the Internet and other computer networks.
Advertising and Marketing
It isn’t too far a jump to say that advertising and marketing have changed in a significant way. The dollars spent on the advertising and marketing are crucial because this is where the people are going to become familiar with the products and or services. “Nearly one third (32 percent) of all advertising dollars are spent on TV, so the correlation there is fairly good.” (Cummings and Haag 127-151)The studies show that “Adults spend 29 percent of their time on the Internet, but advertisers spend only 8 percent of their advertising dollars there.” (Cummings and Haag 127-151) At these statistics it is clear to see that…
