After the brain injury I felt had second chance in life. I was given another opportunity to live and think. Before the injuring I had cognitive problems, but after the stroke was even harder and I could not remember things. And I start to looking for options and its when I found out about binaural and monaural waves they help me, because I refuse not to be myself and not to remember. So I look for methods different from medicine that I can give some hope or help. I start listening to that method because of the brain injury, after a week I notice a change, I was able to remember things a little more and I and feel as tired and frustrated as before, and I ask my self what also can improve in my life, anxiety, depression, mood, sleep better. My brain create different paths, became better on focusing and it help me to study for my Certification Surgical Technology which I
