Eleanor Roosevelt was a person whom we found interesting and wanted to further study. We had known some of the impact she had on social injustices but wanted to know more. Eleanor is an important part of National and world wide history because of the work she did. In the US, she strived to get rights for women and fought for the rights of colored people. Her passion led her to impact the world when she helped draft the International Bill of Rights. A large majority of our research was done in national archives, as they proved most useful in finding primary sources. One of our more useful sources was an article from The Baltimore Sun that explained the hatred that Eleanor dealt with. There was a bounty on her head from the Ku Klux Klan
