It is with interest that I submit my application and resume for the Recruitment Coordinator (full-time) position as advertised on Seek. As an HR professional with almost 10 years experience in Recruitment and human resources, I believe the variety and level of experience I have gained will be of value to Eldercare. This enabled me to quickly build rapport and trust with staff and identify how to best support the Managers in order for them to deliver a higher level of internal customer service to its staff and ultimately its clients. I have detailed knowledge and experience with talent sourcing strategies and strong technical skills in all aspects of recruitment including reviews of current recruitment processes and implementation of revised recruitment system to ensure workforce and budgetary targets are met.
