1.) What factors make ElBulli the best restaurant in the world? Which elements of the elbulli experience create value for their customer?

Factors which make ElBulli becomes the best restaurant in the world are their innovative and creativity. Moreover, Ferran Adrià is also called as the Father of Molecular Gastronomy. As cited in The Independent news, “His technique has been described as molecular cuisine because he uses hi-tech methods in which ingredients are "deconstructed" and reassembled in unexpected ways.”However, They always develop their recipes with different techniques and methods in quite long period time (6 months). One of the most factors is the innovative dishes which makes people curious about it. Ferran Adrià divides his elite teams every year which consist of 15 people. Each people has different division such as travel abroad to US, Japan, other countries to find revolutionary ideas for their recipes and bring back the report to Adrià, think about the ideas, and also find the machinery or even doing the experiments. Their travelling abroad results in success in finding the creative methods, extra-ordinary techniques and outstanding dishes. Finally, that process makes El Bulli becoming the most innovative restaurant in the world with different menu in every season. Moreover, they also use immaculate ingredients such as: nitrogen, caviar and marrow, which are very difficult to obtain. Besides,
