Elastic Clause

When it comes to formulating new policy in regards to public policy, a numerous amount of effort is needed to be able to take a stance and establish a solution. One way, and probably the most effective way of altering public policy, is by way of a stakeholder. One could describe a stakeholder as a person who is vested with an interest within a certain policy, tactic or procedure. Many, if not all people, engage themselves in some form of stakeholdership throughout their lifetime. The opinion of people plays a colossal role in how they dictate their views towards public policy. Objects such as the American Flag have become the center of controversy when it comes to people utilizing their right to freedom of speech. The First Amendment was put into place hundreds of years ago and it still lives strong today. The interest of the FAA is to satisfy those who contacted it saying that something needed to be changed and to ensure the safety of the people aboard the planes. As a result, the FAA changed its rules to compliment those requests and in the end, it made them a better organization and it made their material and planes safer for travel to the public and the private citizens of the country. Taking this into consideration, there definitely is enough feedback and because of that, the feedback and the requirements of the people protesting and voicing their opinion is met. Correspondingly, the feedback does indeed work and the law and rules are changed showing
