I understood Orlando’s poem as, we all have a past that can haunts us for the rest of our lives. Life is a roller coaster it has its ups and downs: and the majority of the time it feel like circumstances in our lives will not improve. Even if we try to avoid our past, the past will always stay by our side and it will constantly remind us of our mistakes. However, if we learn to admit our mistakes we will be able to deal with the consequences and live a happier life.
