CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS
OF
“EL ILUSTRADOS”
ARTICLE I: NAME & PURPOSE
Section A: Name – The name of the said association shall be “EL Ilustrados.”
Section B: Purpose – The purpose of this club shall be:
1 To give a healthy ground for student to express their artistic potential to the fullest
2. To give student a way to experience art and gain confidence in their creativity.
3. To allow students to display their creative ideas in an environment without the pressure of being graded.
4. To encourage participation of all students in the art program.
ARTICLE II: MEMBERSHIP & DUES
Section A: Eligibility - Membership shall be open to all senior high school students, regardless of any track chosen. Section B: Dues – There will be yearly dues/fee worth 20 pesos. …show more content…
(d)The treasurer may delegate the routine duties of his office to his/her assistant with the approval of the president
Section E: Auditor- The auditor shall pass in audit all the accounts of the association and shall examine the books thereof periodically or as often as may be necessary.
Section F: Public Information Officer (internal)- The public information officer is responsible for diminishing information from the club to the other student, posting/ announcing notice for future club meeting and gathering.
Section G: Public Information Officer (external)- The public information officer (external) shall perform duties as may be assigned to him by the president and adviser and shall act as the public officer internal in case of inability or absence.

Section A: Meetings – Regular meeting shall be held every Friday/Thursday of the whole school
