Serving to the followers is the most important property of the servant leadership (Chen, Chen, Li, 2013). When the literature has examined, we see that the consensus about the servant leaders are serving to their followers and thinking firstly about them. In addition to serving property, it is possible to mention that there are different dimensions in different studies.
Ehrhart (2004) made studies on the literature of the servant leadership and also determined seven dimensions of servant leadership. These dimensions involve forming relationships with followers, empowering followers, helping followers to grow and succeed, behaving ethically, demonstrating conceptual skills, thinking firstly their followers and creating values (Hunter et al.,
