All About the Egyptian Pyramids The Egyptian pyramids have been around for a very long time. As a matter of fact, they were built in (2950 B.C.) to the oldest being built around 2630 B.C. They have brought wonders to this world and have baffled many people. The Egyptian pyramids are located in Africa. They are very interesting because they took many years to build and they were very difficult to build. Not all of these pyramids were built in a triangular shape. Some of the pyramids had step sides on them. Pyramids made by the Egyptians were said to be the biggest man-made structures of their time. These Egyptian pyramids have brought a better understanding to people, about who were the Egyptians and their pyramids.
