Overnight: Patient complain of epigastric pain was relief with 0.5 of morphine and Zofran. She remains alert and oriented to person, placed and events. Today she continues to state that she will follow up with her primary nephrologist provider for her kidney issues. Breath sound is diminished, she remain on NC at 2 L/min some SOB on exertion, denied chest pain. Heparin was DC, Plavix was stared. The remaining of her home medication was started, Foley was DC.
