Effects Of Western Imperialism

Western Imperialism is an effect that larger, more powerful countries have over smaller ones. They have the effect to change people’s daily lives in other, poorer countries. Meaning that they extend their rule over to another country.
The responses first gotten when they tried to imperialize Africa were many. There were many mixed feelings about it. Most viewed it as them trying to change their customs and ways of life, which they didn’t want to tolerate. Most of the people wanted to drive all the Christian missionaries out of the country in fear that they would succeed in changing their ways.
