It is potentially necessary in connection to abortion because it determines whether is is excellent or abominable, as stated before. Mill argued that Bentham’s calculus is absurd because qualities cannot be qualified. John Mill believed that there is a difference between higher and lower pleasures. Therefore he accepted the notation that a woman giving birth provides an outcome of higher pleasure for the parent because a child would be a result. He also believed that Utilitarianism has an ultimate morality for human beings. In his book it stated that, “Utilitarianism is mostly considered unfair to deprive any one of his personal liberty, his property, or any other thing which belongs to him by law”. In general, this means that it considered unfair to prevent the individuality of someone other than you. John Mill would consider that act of abortion immoral because of his principles and ideas about how we accomplish this moral idealism that the Utilitarianism holds. Therefore taking the route of abortion would not be morally correct because life aids in getting closer and closer to what is considered “ideal” morals of the
