According to Greene:“Up to now, every day have 3,000 people die in China because of smoking, there have highest death rate for any country. ”There is amazing country, China own over 300 million smoker and has largest market. They have students and doctors or politician that range cover different level. When I was children, I go to my teacher’ office, there always smell of tobacco. Too many people have to breathe second-hand smoking whatever in public or home. I hope Chinese government can provide and change a complete law. In the currently, more and more teenage learn how to smoking; teenage will be main force consumer in the tobacco market. Of cause, this teenage include most of students, this is warning for China. When I study high school, have too many small store around the school; some sell book and study supplies, some sell drink and food, others is restaurant. But, they almost both sell tobacco. Maybe you will said, they just provide more products or want more way to earn money; this way is stupid, can’t you want students shopping in the bookstore and buy cigarettes. Nobody want themselves children study school around the tobacco. In this surroundings, have too many reason to induce students to smoking and they don’t have enough mind to resist it. For example, when I study high school, I try to smoking that I encourage myself to buy cigarette. First times I am tension but this is easy work; no pay no goods. So now I am very worried about my brother and sister. According to Law on Protection of Minors of the People 's Republic of China (2007) “It is prohibited to sell alcohol or tobacco to minors. Managers shall place the sign of no alcohol or tobacco to minors in obvious places, and request ID cards to those it is difficult for them to judge whether they are adult or not. When you save your right, you can’t hurt others right. People need to respect each other. According to Tobacco Monopoly Law (1991) “The State and society shall intensify the publicity of and education in the fact that smoking is hazardous to health, forbid or restrict smoking on public traffic vehicles and in public places” I very clear support this decide, but I can’t feel good. Now, almost of city cancel smoking room in the Airport and free smoking in the hospital. I don’t know this is happy or sad; happy for this is right decide, sad for why is so late. When I not study board, I did not realize the danger of smoking in public places. For government, they connive smoking in the restaurant and bar…etc. For Chinese smoker, they are used to smoking in restaurant and bar. If not, maybe influence many interests. Nobody hate money, but health is important. Maybe government prohibit will get pains include economy but we have to do it. In our side have some people get lung cancer because second-smoking. We should improve people’ quality; let all people understand what is second-hand harm. In fact, almost understand law people don’t like touch high voltage; nobody smoking in airport and hospital. For Chinese special-culture, I think fine is good way to solve this
