Before Industrial Revolution happened, society was build on population since there were no auto machines working for human beings, human had to do heavy hand work to collect food. Today, our society building on technology, which is widely used everywhere, from Internet to engine, and that is what we call modern society.

Students are willing to spend majority of their free time on social medias so they can get in touch with their friends at anytime even in class rather than outdoor activities. In most cases, people use their smart phone browsing Facebook and Twitter; thus, it is common that there are many people staring at their smart phone on buses and metros ignoring things happened around them. Social and physical problems can be affected by over-using smart phone. For those people who are addicted to smart phones, they check their phones at anytime in any situations even it is in inappropriate time and situations. Once they can not use their phones, the mobile phone users feel anxiety; meantime, mobile phone overuse will result in adverse effects on social relationships. For example, a student use his smart phone before going to bed, which results that he stays up late and it affects this student’s physical health. In the next morning, he might check his phone once he gets up or during his classes; therefore, he can not pay attention to his teachers. It is possible that people who are over-use mobile phones spend less time on their real friends and family members. And their real friends isolate them in return causing social problems. Studies by scientists from the Karolinska Institute shows that there is a relationship between insomnia and mobile phone since the radiation received by the users develops electromagnetic fields, which cause user having difficulty sleeping at night. World Heath Organization(WHO) gives its suggestion for general mobile phone users that people should reduce their call time and try to use text messaging instead of long time call. A new word, Phubbing, was invented for describing this phenomenon. The word Phubbing is the combination of Phone and Snubbing, which indicates the act of snubbing someone in asocial
