Fearing from a test, thinking too much for the life, being worried of death while feeling sick, and overload on the job. These all make people being more stressful. Stress is the feeling of pressure as a result of thinking too much or accumulation of problem and it is a situation that almost everyone has experience with. Stress has become one of the biggest issues that many people are suffering form it. It is surprising to see students who spend many hours studying and then they fill. There are some drugs that people use to take it to treat anxiety like Benzodiazepines, Neurotransmitter, and Fluoxetine. These kinds of drugs can calm, relax muscles, and help a person to sleepy well (Zak Fallows, 2016). However, people have to be carful when the take drugs that make them feel calm because they will be addicted over time and they will not be able to continue their life with out taking them. Actually, people have to try the psychological treatment first to avoid being addicted to drugs also because there is no side effect of trying the psychological treatment. One of the effective ways to fight stress is to communicate with others who are more effective and meaningful to solve problem because this way could make stressful people relive the feeling of load. Also, when the person talks with others who have different logic, they will give them helpful advices. Moreover, when stressful people gather with others, they will talk and laugh with each other without thinking of their problem. Whenever a stressful person stay lonely, it will be very hard to not think on the problems. It is very important for people who feel stress to be optimistic and focusing on the positive side of the life. This way could treat many patients to relive from both diseases and stress.
