Stress in Our daily lives Doing my stress journal for four days in a row. I found out what stressed me out the most during the days of my journaling. Stress is an unavoidable reality of life. But stress isn’t always a bad thing. It’s a natural, physical response that be trigger you off in situations. Stress can increase our awareness in difficult or dangerous situations, allowing us to act quickly in that time or moment. Without it, humans wouldn’t have survived this long. Listening to music really frees the mind and think it works for me all the time. Sometimes it is hard to think what you should do to help fix the problem. Even when am having a difficult day or in a bad mood I listen to music. I think it cope with your lifestyle, thoughts, emotions, and the way you deal with problems. No matter how stressful your life seems, there are steps you can take to relieve the pressure and regain control. I think I used a little both of emotion and problem- focused coping with my stress.
I would try get more sleep than I usually get to help with my stress also. My body would really need more relaxation and rest. I try going to sleep and get up at the same time every day. It helps set my body’s internal clock and optimize the quality of my sleep. I think it do work because when I wake up I feel like a new person with a smile on my face. I can talk it out by involving other people know what’s going with me. I can be open to their advice and help. It might be possible they’ve faced similar situations and have information that can be very benefit to me. It hard for me to share my feelings so if I try not to be afraid to talk to someone I trust. Like talking to my mommy I open up to her when I’m not in my feelings or moody. She helps me organize my schedule so I would have less frustrations. Sometime it can get very hard trying to juggle too many activities and people in your life. Taking out my problems well better to help me understand it how to avoid it in the future. Trying relaxation techniques can be a good strategy for me to do. Having time for myself is important, it can help me be more rested and very less irritable about situations.
