I, myself, was affected by standardized testing due to my learning disabilities I never did very well testing. I had to learn in different ways than other students did and I would take me long to understand a question or what I was reading than it did for other students. People being able to better understand and understand more quickly made it easier for them to finish testing than it was for me to finish. As a result I always expected everyone to get other students to get better scores than I did. It would be difficult to sit there and watch other students go and turn in a test when I may be only have way done.
