THE EFFECT SMARTPHONES HAS ON BUSINESS IN THE TWENTY-FIRST CENTURY Technology around the world has developed over the years, there are introductions of new gadgets or an upgraded version of the older model almost every year according to different organizations’ timeframe. Smartphones were not invented or released into the market in the twenty-first century. Smartphone has become a new milestone because of technological advancement.
