Introduction

In today’s busy lifestyle, there is little time in between schedules and daily tasks there is simply just not enough time. Which brings me to my current circumstance. I play water polo and because there is no other time in our busy lives to put in the extra work, we as a team are forced to wake up at 5 in the morning and training before school starts, which brings me to my question. What are the effects of morning training on ones productivity during the day, because in my personal experience, I felt tired and unable to handle a busy day ahead. To be able to train in the morning it requires an early start, depriving you of much need sleep as well as you will lose a lot of your days energy and as the day proceeds you will feel

The aim is to find out whether exercise in the morning is better for a persons day in terms of productivity or worse. My personal opinion concerning morning exercise is that it may have a detrimental effect on your day, and makes a person tired, hampering their productivity. My expected findings would say other wise as training in the morning will have a positive effect on your day, and if so, why does it feel like my productivity is lower when I train in the mornings. Reasoning
To why I chose the effects of morning training on a persons day, Is that I myself train in the mornings before school, for my sport. When I have trained in the mornings, I personally feel that it has a detrimental effect on my day, I cannot obtain focus throughout the day. People are less likely to put training off in the morning as they would do in the afternoons where circumstance and there are other temptations that will consume you. With a consistent routine in morning exercise a reduction in stress is bound to happen. You’ll be able to handle the day-to-day stresses much easier.
