The European colonization of the continent of Africa was horrible, it led each country in Europe wanted to be part of the imperialism of africa and this led to the destruction of a lot of african tribes. Europeans brought with them to Africa such things as roads, transportation, and communications, but they did more harm than good. European powers, such as Britain, France and Germany were the main imperialist powers in Africa during the late 1800s. All of these countries were always fighting to be the most powerful, to have the most money, and control over raw materials and all of the other natural resources of Africa.
