Effects Of Animal Testing On Animals

Innocent animals are dying every day from not needed animal research. Over 26 million animals yearly are tested in the United States. (Animal-Testing) The pain, stress, and simply put ABUSE that they endure is inhumane. There are many ways that we can discover new products and cures without using innocent animals. As a United States American, I feel that we need to make a change for the better and STOP the abuse of these animals. When doing research on animals it has been said to be a painful process for animals. (A.M.P.) Animals are also very different than humans so scientists are not able to do a complete accuracy of these tests. Whenever possible people need to purchase products that have not been tested on animals. For example shampoo’s, soaps, and even make-up. There is a large area of vegan products that are out and only have natural ingredients from the earth. Each of them are unique and have feelings. They are all put on this earth to do certain things. An example in rats, they are tested most of the time. I have personally raised many rats as pets. They are very smart animals and have big personalities. I would have to say that they have more personalities than my cat does. They also can learn their names quite fast. The pet rat I have at the moment comes to her name, and she enjoys being petted and talked to. With this in mind, how could scientists inject these poor creatures with random chemicals to test products on
