There has been many situations concerning adoption and foster caring in the United States involving criminal actions. Adoption and fostering has been very negative between the children depending on the foster parents and actions between them and the children could have a major effect, negative or positive. Over the years there have been countless numbers of concerns between adoption and fostering with a number of unanswered incidents involving crimes that’s concerning the parents of the foster homes or adoption centers, even sometimes the crimes are committed by the children for many reasons, depending on how the new foster parents are treating them, the children of the fostering could be mentally and physically affected in many negative ways, mostly affected by the actions of foster parents and how they are now being raised by them coming into a new environment and not expecting what could happen to them. In a new report by CNN, the 29 year old foster parent left a 10 month old baby inside an extremely heated car which resulting in the 10 month of baby dying from the foster parent. (CNN, 2014). This article explains how irresponsible and uncaring foster parents could be and also can become to their non-biological children and babies, not only should this bring questions to how the fostering system works but also these types of actions and results from the adoption and foster system should be looked into more closely when choosing someone to take care of another child or baby.
