Effective Marketing Strategy: Chick Fil A

Companies maintain good customer relationships by having an effective marketing strategy. According to Ferrell and Hartline without a good marketing strategy organizations would not be able to satisfy the customers or meet the needs of other stakeholders (2014). What they offer other than good service would be their effective brand building and planning. Effective planning leverages strengths and capitalizes on opportunities that exist in the market (Ferrell & Hartline 2014). The company that I would like to focus on that maintains good customer relationships is Chick Fil A.
Chick Fil A starts with being generous to their employees and investing in their employees’ knowledge and skill (Berry 2001). When a company does this the employee
