Two Meta- qualities of Effective Manager

Learning plays a very important role for any individual personally and professionally, it can be formal or informal. In my case I will use Kolb learning’s style to elaborate more ;( refer to fig 3)
What experience have I made regarding my learning?
My dilemma in my organisation is who do I please between my manager and my subordinates? Which used to make my work difficult? I have now out grown that, by being assertive and mastered the art of managing up, where my manager is now much better and is easy for my subordinates to liaise with him.

In this case I agree with what he said because I have branded myself differently such that in a unique way of managing my subordinates by utilising my leadership strength, listening skills and a have a different way of separating myself to my peers which are my competitors. It should always fit the dress code of the company and the occasion. One never gets a second chance to create a powerful impression therefore careful planning into a wardrobe is essential to build success to image, reputation and visibility. Trying to look your best is good, but be known for the value you bring to the organization.

5.2. THE ADVANTAGES OF QUALIFICATION

A structured MBA qualification has become a must have from a nice-to-have in the highly competitive business environment. By acquiring this qualification, it is regarded as a necessary career move and should be part of a well-timed step and stepping-stone to the boardroom. Throughout the world, MBA qualification has ensured on most levels unparalleled success.
5.3 Reflecting on career Anchor Self-Assessment
In this case I am taking stock to project my future focused PD which must not be bridged till 2016 when I Graduate for my MBA Degree which I have high hopes of Graduating in United Kingdom(UK).
When taking this assessment I was not sure if it will mirror my personal development plan, but to my surprise it goes hand in hand with my planned goals. The highest score was Entrepreneurial Creativity (EC) and the second highest score was Service/Dedication to a Cause (SV).
