Effective leadership is important part of nursing practice to achieving the goals which are associated to the patient safety and quality in clinical practice. Each individual is expected to be a leader at all stages of an organization, from the management to those who work directly with patients, from novice to expert. Leadership is also expected in all area where care delivers— clinics, inpatient units, in home care and long-term care services.
Effective leadership style is crucial in building positive nursing work environments that preserve a satisfied and empowered nursing staff. Moreover, Nursing leaders enable to coordinate teamwork and gather all health care team members to discuss interventions and care plan for the patient’s quality
