It clearly indicated that any property brought into the company including the employees is subject to random search. The employees were required to sign, but McBride did not sign. However, not signing the employee handbook does not in anyway indicate that the binding concept of the handbook does not exist. Thus not signing does not matter at all. The employee handbook is valid even without the signature of McBride because in the event a contract which in this case is the employee handbook is not signed, but both parties have seen it and have acted on it then the contract automatically becomes valid (Watson, 2015). McBride continued to be part of the contract (employee handbook) by continuing to be part of the company as the employee thus making him partisan with the provisions of the employee
