As a result of ineffective instruction or instruction efforts that are not yielding expected results for students who are identified as performing below grade level can result from poor design of lessons or how the instruction and information is delivered and received by students. Reexamining how the lessons are designed and how the information is delivered to students can affect how students perform. Redesigning lessons that are creative and engaging on a level that all students can understand and relate to can help students who are performing below grade level. Reaching those students with information that they can relate to or are interested in can help them better grasp information or have a deeper understanding of what is being asked and how to answer it. …show more content…
Part of my specific strategy would not only include redesigning lesson so students have interest in the material and can relate to from their choosing but to deliver it in an engaging hands on way that also allows students to understand better. Part of the strategy in moving students forward in performing at or above grades levels also includes redesign and developing good plans, constantly assessing students progress, and engaging in critical thought and reflection, and as a result adjusting my plans and lesson to be more effective in order to reach
