What is the effect of squat on the heart rate?
Introduction:
A human’s heart becomes stronger by exercising like the muscles in our body does, which makes the heart pump more blood around the body with every beat and continue pumping at a maximum level, with an impact of less strain. The resting heart rate of people who exercise is also slower because the effort needed to pump blood through the body is less. People who exercise often have the lowest risk of getting heart disease.
I wanted to discover the effect of a type of exercise on a human’s heart rate so I decided to do squat for five trials each from 10 second to 50 second.
Hypothesis:
The heart rate will increase while exercising and will get lower after doing
