Edward T. Welch is the author of this book. He earned his M.Div. degree at biblical Theological Seminary, then he received a Ph.D. in counseling psychology from University of Utah in 1981. Since Welch starts researching in brain diseases and brain electrophysiology in the 1970s. Welch found out some common brain disorders from heart’s problem. He works on Westminster Theological Seminary as a professor and Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation as the director of counseling and academic dean.
Welch tried to distinguish human’s problems are from chemical imbalance, brain disorders or disobedience through the Scriptures lens. He also explains physical or spiritual (sins) problems. This book includes many examples and practical way through
