Edward Snowden: A True Hero

Edward Snowden comes from a family where everybody works for the government. It was only logical that he ends up working for the government as well. But nobody could've predicted that eventually, this will lead to one of the biggest leaks in the history of US government.

With an IQ of 145, Edward Snowden was too smart for his own good. By the time he turned 25, he already did some impressive things in the computer network security. His colleagues and supervisors regarded him as a computer wizard. This lead to better positions and opportunities and gave him access to some top-security information.

When he started working for CIA, he thought he was doing a service to his fellow countryman and that everything CIA does is morally justified. Oh,

Regardless of numerous Americans thinking of him as a traitor, Snowden has more than respectable rating of 7.4 on IMDB. The vast majority gave it 7 or more. I gave it an 8.

What Do I think About Edward Snowden?

I am not an American so I might be disqualified to talk about whether Edward Snowden is a hero or a traitor. After all, he didn't leak classified information about my country. However, since the US politics affects every single country in the world, and since they were illegally listening to various foreign governments, I feel like I should be allowed to comment on Edward Snowden.

Now that we've cleared that up, I think that Edward Snowden was a goddamn hero and a true patriot. Why? Because he sacrificed his incredibly well-paid job and powerful position, his hot girlfriend, his family, and basically everything that ever meant anything to him.

Sure, his girlfriend followed him to Russia, but they were still separated for a long period of time. And by the way, the dude was living and working in Hawaii! Hawaii, man! And he traded it for Russia! Have you ever been to Russia? Guess what? They don't have

At least it does so for me. Final thoughts, I really liked this film. The acting is solid across the board with Kevin Gage standing out. His portrayal of a violent man, who delights in violent deeds is incredibly sincere. Not that anyone one else is the cast was slacking, but Gage stands out in memory where others, such as Shannon Eubanks does not.…

In my opinion, I think that Edward Snowden did commit treason. The reason I think that he is guilty of treason is because he released information about the government. According to the course text, His intent for releasing information concerning how the government conduct surveillance was basically trying to overthrow the government. As a National Security agent contract computer specialist, he took an oath, in which he didn’t abide by because he released top secret information and made it public. However, I don’t think that the death penalty is appropriate for his conduct.…

Privacity, its a right that every people should have, and nobody should attempt to it. Each government has to have control about their people and thats good beacause someone should control whats happening on a country, but when they "spy" people's private life it becomes something ethically wrong and politically illigal. Some agencies like N.S.A, C.I.A etc.. Do that and that's very wrong, its incorrect to stalk every peoples private life like getting in their private mails or look their private photos, videos or other files relevant on other people's life, like a document or some other thing a person don't want to know. Personally i use a lot electronic devices and i trust many personal things to them, like photos, mails, songs i write etc..…

If a society is considered free, than those in it have certain rights, and that includes, or should include, the right to complain about laws they disagree with. Freedom of speech is a right we all should have as long as we are only speaking our mind and not hurting those around us. Peaceful protests are the perfect way to do that. In no way do these protests affect our society in a negative way, quite the opposite actually. The reason behind civil disobedience is to fight for what we think is fair and go against whichever laws we consider to be unjust.…
