In order to build a successful business together my branch team would be working together to obtain not only my vision but that of Edward Jones. This will be accomplished in few different ways. First we would practice what I and or we have learned through the training in which has been provided to us at headquarters. I will bring the values and goals of Edward Jones in which will be passed on to my fellow staff members. On top of these things we will need to review the business plan in which I have set up and designed after completing my training and shadowing under another financial Adviser so they may be able to assist me in the progress and successful branch of Edward jones.
