In order to build a successful business together my branch team would be working together to obtain not only my vision but that of Edward Jones. This will be accomplished in few different ways. First we would practice what I and or we have learned through the training in which has been provided to us at headquarters. I will bring the values and goals of Edward Jones in which will be passed on to my fellow staff members.
