Educator Accomplished Practice

Florida Educator Accomplished practice ensures teacher’s adherer to high expectations and professionalism. The professional teacher must include effective assessments, communication, critical thinking opportunities, consider diversity among students, teaching ethics, student development, positive learning environment, purposeful planning, and enriched technology experiences. The role of the teacher is to facilitate effective instruction; which includes continually improving their instruction, increasing their knowledge of subject matter, and planning effective lesson for all students in their class.
The lesson plan, combination multiplication problem solving strategies, meets FEAP 1, because it provides different assessment opportunities to ensure students are understanding the whole-class instruction and can use problem solving strategies to solve multiplication combination problems. The lesson plan analyzes students work as the teacher observes group discussion and reviews students’ exit questions. The lesson plan includes possible differentiated instruction for ESE and ESOL students present in the class.
