During this course I tried to really be aware of analyzing each event or dilemma I encountered through multiple lenses. Our main focus during this course was based on
California Professional Students for Educational Leaders (CPSEL) Standard 5: Ethics and Integrity. It was also re emphasized that ethical leaders make thoughtful decisions based on all the facts, show professionalism at all costs and model the way in behavior, ethics, justice, and integrity. It may seem like a difficult, perhaps even impossible task however leaders are the role models that staff, parents, students and the community are watching. I believe if we follow what we read and discussed regarding following moral purpose and it being both ends and means we will be on
