“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world”, by Nelson Mandela. It shows that education is very important among us. Based on what Nelson Mandela stated, the education may help to change us from a lower economic to become a successful person. Education helps in our effort to have a better life and when we have an education no one will and can drag us down. What is university degree excellence is about? Getting a college degree is the most common route for a better career. By entering to college, not everyone knows what they want to do when they grow up. But most know why they want to have a better job and not just one that will pay more, but one in which they are more satisfied and happy. Those are the some of the benefits why so many are people interested to do an investment of time and money to go to college (Educationcorner.com., 2016, para .12). The benefits of a university degree include opportunities like work better wages and high skills (Fuscaldo, 2016, page. 3). This why when we have a university degree, it would be easier for us to contribute in that career which we have chosen. For example, a civil engineering student will have more knowledge about the construction field rather than poor educated student. We also can identify the next steps to proceed to achieve the career that we have chosen. Getting a good job requires a relevant background in degree education depending on the type of work and field. People should make sure they attain the necessary university degrees before applying for a job in order to be sure of success. A university degree is a precious asset that we sued during lifetime to properly build up our professional growth and development. “A university degree puts you on the road of self-discovery, which leads to self-confidence, adds meaning to your life and provides you with the means to achieve lasting success in life” (Seetharam, 2013, para. 6). A university degree is a very important source of knowledge and it will help you wherever you go, because from that we can determine our career path easily and our market value in the specified position or field that we choose to work.
