My heart breaks every time my dad leaves home to drive his truck for a moth long to make enough money to maintain the family; however it is never enough, and there is always one more debt. My father has missed lots of birthdays and especial dates because of work. Even his birthday, he spent it driving. He has gained a lot of weight due to the lack of physical activities, there is not much you can do inside a truck. He suffers from cardiac problems and his blood sugar is always high. My dad is not happy, neither is my mom, and is very sad to look at them and see them worried all day long. I want to take my dad out of the trucks, and I want to give him a life where he can stay home and enjoy his days with the family without worrying about the house, the electricity, the cable, the car payment, the credit cards or the school loan. College is just a small step to accomplish my goal, but I’m doing this for my family and their happiness. They gave up everything they had to come to the United Sates for my future. I am not going to take for granted their effort and sacrifices. If I study very hard and I grow into a doctor they will be proud of me and I will be able to take them out of that stressful life. Everything depends on me and my education. It is too much
