The expectation of education is to create and develop a sense of knowledge into human’s brain. It is providing guidance, instruction to people so they can able to apply any kind of knowledge in their own experience. A type of experience creates a specific goal for everyone to achieve and become successful. Become successful could be pursuing a career life, a comfortable living, earning salary from work and also receive a college degree. However, the expectation of what education supposed to be is not the reality like today. Like how teacher only focuses on the salary that they will earn, the job they need to keep and forget about the responsibility of their duties. Nowadays, teacher is taking the control of student’s ability to learn and torture them with a debt of advancement work in the education process. The ideal of teacher’s work would make student refine back the meaning of education with a higher expectation other than learning, studying or receiving the instruction from teacher that could help them in the future life. Many teacher only care for what they earn for the salary of each month and forget about the duties of their job. The problem of this from teacher can hold an important of learning processes for future generation as student to build up with and against the true meaning of what education should be. For example, the high school that I attended and graduated from has so much rebellious student around the campus and most of the student imagined education is not necessary to be a part of their life. Because the direction that teacher is teacher is not efficiency enough for student to apply skills, knowledge in their life.
