In some countries education is seen as a right. While, in others it is seen as a privilege. I think it should be seen as a privilege in the United States. There are some students who are forced to go to school and then they do not care about their grades. Some may not stay out of trouble which could affect their grades by getting detention or even suspended. Then there are some students who come when they please. Then when they realize that education is a privilege they might start taking school seriously. There are some students that refuse to go to school and learn. Because of that they refuse to pay attention in class or learn anything. They will also refuse to do any assigned work. Which is hurting the learning experience of the other
