Ed Stetzer suggest that the launch team can be formed from members of the sponsor church. In fact, the church that is in Saint George is willing to be part of the launch team. The pastor is willing to help with evangelistic events such as campaigns and community events. The main task of this team is to build relationships with the Hispanic community. As it is known some Hispanics want to learn or improve their English skills. Therefore, one of the strategies is to offer free English classes as a second language. Some team members will focus on teaching to those who come to the English class. Meanwhile, other members will collect the personal information such as home address, email address, habits, family’s needs. This information will help
