9 Allergic Contact is Eczema that caused by an allergic reaction to a material called an allergen in contact with the skin. It is more common in women than men due to nickel allergy and recently to acrylate allergy associated with nail cosmetics. Allergic Contact Dermatitis is mainly common in hairdressers, painters and florists. It is easy to recognize contact allergy. No specific tests are necessary for this type of eczema. Dyshidrotic Eczema causes small intensely itchy blisters on the edges of the fingers, toes, palms, and soles of the feet. 1 It is twice as common in women as it is in men. 10 It is said that doctors refer to Dyshidrotic Eczema as Cheiropompholyx, Dyshidrosis, Foot and hand Eczema, Pompholyx, Vesicular Eczema and Palmoplanter eczema. 11 There is no cure for Dyshidrotic Eczema, but the good news is in many cases this condition is manageable.
